Welcome to Dekorater AI! This guide will help you get up and running quickly.

Account Setup

1. Sign Up

  1. Visit the Dekorater AI homepage
  2. Click "Sign Up" in the top navigation
  3. Fill in your details:
    • Full Name
    • Email Address
    • Password
    • Organization Name (optional)

2. Email Verification

Check your email and click the verification link to activate your account.

3. Organization Setup

After verification, you'll be taken through the setup wizard:

  1. Organization Details - Enter your company information
  2. Industry Selection - Choose between Interior Design or Architecture
  3. Business Verticals - Select your specializations:
    • Window Treatments
    • Flooring Solutions
    • Wallpaper & Wall Coverings
    • Custom Furniture
    • Lighting Solutions
    • Kitchen & Bath

Dashboard Overview

Once setup is complete, you'll see your dashboard with:

  • Quick Actions - Create new quotes, add materials, manage customers
  • Project Overview - Real-time project status monitoring
  • Smart Insights - AI-powered business recommendations
  • Operational Alerts - Important notifications and tasks

Your First Project

1. Create a Customer

  1. Navigate to CustomersAdd New Customer
  2. Fill in customer details:
    • Name and contact information
    • Billing address
    • GST number (if applicable)

2. Create a Project

  1. Go to ProjectsNew Project
  2. Enter project details:
    • Project name
    • Customer selection
    • Project address
    • Initial status (Selection)

3. Add a Selection

  1. From the project, click Add Selection
  2. Choose products and materials for each location
  3. Save the selection

4. Schedule Measurement

  1. Create a measurement from the selection
  2. Schedule the measurement appointment
  3. Use the mobile-friendly measurement forms on-site

5. Generate Quote

  1. Convert the measurement to a quote
  2. Review pricing and calculations
  3. Send the quote to your customer
